400 Triangle sanding unit (S):

Paint coating roller device(T) :
Specification:environmental protection paint coating device special for UV paint,using the pressure between roller and workpiece,coat the paint on the workpiece,to reach the oiling results;with independent power,frequency control,auto-streching,angle adjusting and easy cleaning etc features;coating measure:3-35g/m²;speed:5-15m/min;coating thickness:80mm;with auto-heating paint box.
Re-putty roller (Y):
Specification:Steel wheel rotate by motor,re-coating the UV putty to the workpiece once again,to achieve the purpose of filing surface.Frequency control,automatic forward and backward.
Nozzle (Z):
high-pressure fan oil return system, can effectively solve the edge of irregular workpiece spraying.
Vacuum paint tank (Z)
Single head fuel tank, using a single nozzle with a tank spray way.

UV drying light (G) :
Specification:

Mercury lamps:the main role is curing transparent UV panit.Begins to react to curing after the light irradiation immediately,the greater the intensity of light,the shorter the curing time,curing reaction is concerned with the intensity of energy. Automatic air-cooled.
Chamfer Cutter(J)
Edge chamfering milling, milling chamfering on the upper and lower edges of the plate, r1-r3, to ensure the seamless connection between the edges and the surface paint, with double-sided automatic tracking function, for the workpiece edge arc chamfering processing; 0-45 degree adjustment; Especially good for small chamfering below R3
Chamfer Sanding Unit (d) :
Specification:From both sides of the workpiece direction of grinding, grinding both sides of the arc Angle effect is better.
Sanding wheel (W) :
Specification:Turn by motor through the sanding belt,subtly sanding the paint on the edge, ensure the better process quality, it can use the brush roller, with auto-stretching function can protect the nose and tail for its auto scaling.
