      2. This machine is mainly used for leveling and drying the coating of plate workpiece, and the paint is half dry; The convection principle is used to transfer heat energy to the work piece surface coating with hot air of 40-60 degrees as the carrier.

Conveying System

1. Each layer of the intermediate conveyor realizes the rotation type workpiece input, insulation and output through the synchronous lifting chain; The workpiece coating has sufficient leveling time in a limited space.
2. Roller conveyor is used in front and rear, and belt conveyor is used in middle layers; Each conveyor is equipped with a frequency converter, which has a wide speed regulation range and realizes stepless adjustment of the transmission speed.

Drying System

1. It is equipped with waste gas discharge device to discharge VOC and other volatiles in the oven outdoors in time.
2. An automatic temperature detection device is provided to automatically adjust the flow of cooked source medium according to the set value at any time, so as to adjust the temperature of mixed gas flow.
