Highlights

1. Applicable for on-line UV curing job of different sizes of doors.
2. Available for connection with robotic arms fore and after, so as to form up production line.
3. Adopt two-holding-rack working pattern that can reciprocate in order to achieve three working-station relay which is placing, curing and taking; the doors are able to move with pace.
4. Every holding gear can automatically adjust their positions according to the length of doors with the help of servo motors, in order to adapt supporting job for different doors of lengths.
5. As conveying system delivers doors into curing section, the holding gear can move to proper position for fitting the length of doors, two ends will lift up the doors so as to get off from the holding-rack, then get the curing and turning-curing(the other side)work done; After curing, the holding gear goes down lower, doors will put back on conveying rack and be taken out of the section.
6. Top lamps and side lamps integrate together move along the door vertically at uniform speed in the curing cabin, the mechanism do the curing job to the sides and top surface.
7. After one side curing is done, the turning device turns doors to the other side, top and side lamps implement mobile curing.
8. Through timing belt transmission, moving along the guiding rail back and forth, the transmission is made stable and smooth; The moving speed can be tuned by VVVF mechanism(VFD)accordingly
9. The same lamp module do the curing job for both sides, the energy imposed are exactly the same,which can ensure the non-colour-difference
10. The planning distribution for each device is reasonable, the two big power exhaust ventilator offers excellent cooling job;All the components and parts are high temperature resistant.
11. In the curing cabin, proper protection measures are done for preventing light and thermal radiation in order to prolong the service life of parts, and door panels are insulated.
12. Equipped with independent power control cabinet, for loading induction transformer and control system.
13. Adopt multiple-function PLC program and touch screen control system with excellent human-machine interaction and automation control, with single and continuous move function.
