1. Adopt the model of PLC control over the rise-lower of upper part and fixed conveying table, when it is connected in the production line, can adjust the sanding height on the control screen,and meanwhile  the Manuel height micro control is available too for swift convenient thickness calibration and shift.
2. Imported(international brand) rubber roller at 20-40°,every roller equipped with independent transducer, adjustable sanding speed with soft ruber roller in order to achieve minimized precise sanding thickness.
3. Sanding roller is available for micro-quantity-adjustment according to demand in height, setting the appropriate sanding quantity; VVVF mechanism of sanding belt rotational speed is able to fit different types of paint, and prevent the crimping and blushing.
4. With safety toll that prevent oversized work piece entering, developed helix style surfaced roller can minimize the heat, the lower temperature ensure the belt long life service.
5. High elastic imported belt and its excellent flexibility offer better control over the sanding quantity, which can manage more defects of the raw panel/board, like warping, pits on the surface etc.
6. Non-contact optical protective device can prevent the belt off tracking and equipped with belt cracking protective switch, when the belt is having risk of cracking, auto stop system will be activated.
7. Equipped with soft-surfaced feeding roller device, can be set in different combinations
