1. Application

1. Applicable for drying the coating like PU,NC and water based. Two rows 48 layers rack-tray type.
2. Mainly for leveling and drying of plate-type work pieces, the paint can be halfway dry; with the convection current pattern,40-60ºC hot air as mediate, deliver the heat to the surface of coatings on work pieces.

1. Conveying System

 

1. Each conveying speed stage is equipped with VVVF control respectively(AC drive),which   

ensure the wider range of speed regulations, offer stepless regulation for each conveying speed stage.

1. In drying kiln, the door rack achieve the consensus of drying work unto each layer through the pattern of vertical and horizontal interaction.  
2. At inlet and outlet,there equipped with roller conveyor which can convey the work pieces into or out of drying kiln; while the loading pieces come in, the inside pieces go out.
3. The rack of major machine is equipped with two-row conveying racks.

1. Equipped with waste gas discharging device, which can take the VOC and other volatile gas out of heating case.
2. Equipped with auto temperature detection device, which can automatically regulate the flow quantity of heating resource at any time according to the set figures.
3. Equipped with different heat resources according to customers' requirements, such as stream, gas, air energy and heating tubes.
4. In the kiln there equipped with heating section, heat reservation section;The inlet and outlet of air duct are installed on the top of kiln, equipped with insulation of 50mm thickness.

1. With Manual and automatic mode; Manual mode can proceed with the modes of conveying and rising, mainly for testing; the auto mode means it can work automatically by all self detecting devices.
2. Comply with industry 4.0 telecommunication regulation, all the hardware, components are supplied by Japan and German(Schneider) top class brands, the distribution box designs as per EU standard, simplized overall arrangement in control cabinet.
3. Adopt PLC and touch screen control, achieve the excellent human machine interaction and automatic control;Each controlling position will be displayed on the screen,easy access to repairing process in case of breakdown
